On August 25th, I wrote an email expressing my opinion of the Godzilla roll - not complimentary. To Kaido's credit, they read and responded to my email in a very positive way. To be fair with the restaurant and patrons, I must emphasize that on my other visits there, the service and food has been very good. I just wanted the folks at Kaido to hear my opinion in case it could be useful, and to alert patrons that the Godzilla roll sauce might be a little too strong for some sushi tastes. Kaido's active pursuit of excellence in customer relations, food quality, and service is unparalleled.

Actually, we are geting fishes from Japanese fish supplyer located at San Francisco. It call "True World Food" They have lots of branches in big city of U.S.
Everyday, fresh fishes comes directry from Tsukij
i fish market,Tokyo, from Japan.

We just got back from having sushi at Kaido. We've been there before and dinners have been fine. This time I ordered the"Godzilla" roll. It was terrible! The thick, heavy sauce on it totally overshadowed all of the filling as well as the eel on the outside. The waitress, a darling young strawberry blond, made no attempt to replace the dish or take it off the bill. I can't emphasize how yucky this was. I asked my husband to try it, just to see if I was overreacting. He felt the same way. I turned it away, asking that the waitress convey my comments to the sushi chef. I'm hoping she did. The ironic part is, if the sauce had been left off, this would, probably, be an excellent item.

We are really surprised, you sudden visiting this KAIDO web-site. Kaoru and me sometimes talked about you and wondering how you were doing.
Since we opened our restaurant, it has been 3 years now. I really feel that Time goes so fast.

How are you doing? We are doing pretty alright.
It looks Grass Valley people like Sushi same like big city people too.
As you have seen our menu, our restaurant has lots of grilled food ( Chicken, Beef, Seafood.) also.
Maybe, that makes many people easy to come the restaurant I guess.
I Hope, you have a chance to drive here Grass Valley to try our food out someday.

昨年の夏になりますが、Ｓｕｅに連れられてお伺いした者です。（当時はBenihanaのエンプロイでしたが辞めました。）
Ｋａｉｄｏさんのお料理、お店の雰囲気、スタッフの方々の応対、とてもすてきでおいしくて大好きになりました。
今までＷｅｂＳｉｔｅがあることを知らなかったのですが、発見できてとてもうれしいです。
絶対に近いうちにお食事に伺いたいと思っています。
Ｋａｉｄｏさんは、私が日本国外で入ったジャパニーズレストランの中でダントツ１位です！
また伺います！

ハイ！覚えてますよ。去年、Sue達と来てランチされていかれましたよね。入り口横の席で御紹介させて頂きました。確かその時は紅花でキャッシャーをされていると
聞いた記憶があります。
そうですか、その後紅花は辞められたのですね。
紅花は昔と違って日本人のスタッフが少ないの日本レストランとしてはちょっと寂しい感があり、Sumiさんとような日本人の方が働いて下さるのは喜ばしい事だと思っていましたが．．．ちょっと残念です。
僕もあれから二度ほど紅花にいったのですがSumiさんは
いらっしゃらなかったので、もしかすると～．．．と思っていたのですが、やはりそうでしたか．．．。

でもKAIDOを気に入ってもらって本当に嬉しいです。
”ダントツ１位です！”なんて言われたに日はもう嬉涙で目が真っ赤になりまくり～です。ハイッ！
特に日本人の方々にそのようなコメントを頂くと、
とても励みになりますし、もう明日へのエネルギーをバンバン頂いた感じです。

ちょっと感想がオチャラケているみたいですが、本当にそう思っているのですよ！
サクラメントからは少し遠いですが、時間があったら是非、また来て下さい。
