Hi, chikako and Candyman-san. In the comedy, they are playing on words. There are some ball players named "who" "what" and "I don't know." "Who"is a first base player,"What"is on second, and so on. These words are also used as function words in English like "who likes music?" or "what do you do?" It is a kind of a pun. I found a script of it.
