Takeshi-san, and you all, long time no see ! About mone month ago, I received a recommendation of level up 2 to 1 ,and tok the test. The test consistsof three stages, namely, CAT Part, Writing test, and speaking test. I took the CAT Part about three weeks ago, and fourtunatelyi passed it. However, I took the second stage of writing test and did quite poorly and I am quite sure I have falied. Still I needed to take the third stage and did terribly... I think the result will be notified soon, though I don't have to see the result for I am 100% sure I have failed the test. But it was good to take that test for my studying English as an interesting experience. Nova is going to change its level system drastically from this April on. In the new system there will be only seven levels and Level 1 is to be the lowest level ,while Level7 will the highest. The current Level 7C and 7B will be merged to be one level of Level1,while current Level 2 and 1 will be Level 7 in the new system. Therefore, I may be the final person to take the level up test of 2 to 1. The change is going to take place almost out of blue and some students inckuding myself are quite shocked at the news of ignoring or making little of the gains and mentality of the students who have eager ambition to keep pursuing higher goals all the time.
