Have they applied for "kaisha kousei" law? What's that? I know it by name, but don't know much about it. Is it highly possible the law could be accepted for NOVA? If it's so, what would happend to them? Can they start the business again as they were? And what about us? I still have about 40 voice tickets,and a free pass (which lasts until the end of November) I hope we can start the lessons sometime soon. [No.1205] 2007/10/26(Fri) 13:36:57

Re: 会社更生法 (No.1205への返信 / 2階層) - Chikako As I have mentioned at the Dansen's reply, The lawyers who were sent by the court are serching the property of Nova right now. Perhaps they are taking photos and checking files of all branches in details so that they can judge if Nova will be able to readjust by themselves right now. Therefore, we can not enter all of branches of Nova at all for a while. I guess thet the court will judge the possibility of reorganization of Nova around middle of December. I am really sorry to all students, who have voice tickets and points left(including me!!), however,it is on the borderline if the court will accept for Nova or not. We won't do anything...
