I think that the company will accept some students who used to be Nova students( some certification need which you were nova students required, maybe), and who are going to study abroad. It doesn't say much, but you will have to take corses(ELT) from the company provides for preparing it(Its important and the main issue for the company!!) It'll cost, of couse!!
If you are interested in the company to prepare for studying abroad, you can check it out.But I dont think you need their help to study abroad.
You should deal with by yourself, if you want to get real English.
I opened a bank account, I am renting a flat by myself,I will take am American drivers lisense, and buy a car. Although all of them are tiny issues and Japanses classmates halped me, I had to talk to Native English speakers about such issues which these companies never teach in English after all. Still, I think that all classes,I took in Nova, were really efective to deal with such issues.
