Some publications (親記事) - Takeshi

Hi there.

I know most of you are not really interested in "textbooks," but please let me instroduce just two of them this time.

The Center Exams (by Kyogakusha)

This publication is a collection of the center exams that were used in the past 20 years. Because of it, the book now has as many as 1712 pages in all. What's more, since the listening section was introduced and added a few years ago, there is an CD accomppanied with it. And then, it costs as little as 924 yen. I do know none of you, the visitors here, are not so young (hehe..me neither of course) that you might not want ot bother yourself about the university etrance exams, but it might be a good idea to try them once again to check your English skills

TOEIC New Official guidebook (by ETS)

It says there that the book is scheduled to come out this September. As is often the case with ETS, it is a little expensive, but I believe it is a must if you want to get a good score on TOEIC. I'm looking forward to it and I'll definitely buy one when it's released.

Thanks for coming to the study group today. I had a really good time talking with you all. Next week, as usual, the group starts at 11am, and ends when the last person leaves there. I'll myself go there at 11 and probably stay until about 6. I'm looking forward to talking with you next week as well.

And, as I told you there earlier today, "TOEFL official textbook has finally come out recently, and I found one in Tsutaya, and bought it just a while ago. I haven't solved any questions of it yet, but by skimming the contents, I found some revision, and I think it's changed for the better. Anyway, it's worth trying if you take TOEIC anytime soon.

Also, you can find the information about the reduced fee of TOEIC test below there. It sounds very fishy huh? There must have been something wrong with them. Maybe, they got accused of the fact that they've been raking in money hand over fist by using the same questions again and again, and faced administrative order of such.
